My Jesus, I believe that you are present
in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You in my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You as if You were already there,
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

Lạy Chúa Giê-su, con tin Chúa thật sự hiện diện nơi đây trong Bích Tích Thánh Thể.
Con yêu mến Chúa trên hết mọi sự ở thế gian này.

Con ước ao được rước Mình Thánh Chúa vào lòng con.
Nhưng vì con không thể rước Chúa trong lúc này,
xin Chúa nuôi dưỡng linh hồn con.

Con xin được kết hiệp cùng Chúa bây giờ như khi con rước Chúa thật.
Xin đừng bao giờ để con phải lìa xa Chúa.

Creo, Jesús mío, que estás real y verdaderamente presente en el Santísimo Sacramento.

Te amo sobre todas las cosas,
y deseo vivamente recibirte dentro de mi alma.
Pero no pudiendo hacerlo ahora sacramentalmente,
ven al menos espiritualmente a mi corazón.

Y como si ya te hubiese recibido,
te abrazo y me uno del todo a Ti.
Señor, no permitas que jamás me
aparte de Ti.

Aking Hesus, naniniwala ako na ikaw ay nasa Mapalad na Sakramento.

Mahal kita higit sa lahat ng mga bagay,
at nagnanais kita sa aking kaluluwa.
Yamang hindi ko na kayo matatanggap ngayon ng sagradong,

sumali sa aking puso. Para bang dumating ka na,
yumakap ako sa lyo at pinagsama ang aking sarili sa lyo;
v Huwag mo akong hayaang mahiwalay sa lyo.
