Stained Glass Windows
for our Church!

The renovation of the parish church at Saint Mary Magdalen began in 2019. On a very snowy February 14, 2021, the Most Reverend Paul D. Etienne, Archbishop of Seattle, dedicated our expanded church building along and brand-new altar.

Since then, our efforts have continued, as commissioned artwork glorifies God throughout the space; newly-furnished vestments and metalware strengthen the dignity of our liturgical celebrations; and a beautiful, custom-designed organ supports the beauty of our worship.

Now, we are beginning work on the project’s next phase: the fabrication and installation of brand-new stained glass windows.

A rose window will portray the Four Evangelists, while the windows along the church’s nave will depict eight Saints important to our parish family:

  1. The Blessed Virgin Mary

  2. Saint Mary Magdalen

  3. Saint John the Evangelist

  4. Saint Michael the Archangel

  5. Saint Teresa of Ávila

  6. Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini

  7. Saint Andrew Dung-Lac

  8. Saint José Luis Sánchez del Rio

Note that this is an initial rendering of the Blessed Virgin Mary; expected delivery of the next set of renderings (for multiple Saints) is after the start of the new year.

Want to contribute to the project?

We need our entire community’s participation to make this a reality!
With each window expected to cost around $30,000, the anticipated project total is just under $300,000.
